The questions a buyer actually asks first.
What counts as a run?
One workflow execution, or one changeset the AI agent proposes. Refreshing a connection is not a run. Opening a workbook, editing a cell by hand and reading the audit log are not runs either.
What happens if we go past the allowance?
You will see it coming. Billing and usage counts the month down as it goes and breaks it up by workflow, so the limit is visible long before you reach it. Past the allowance runs keep going and the overage appears on the next invoice — nothing stops in the middle of a close.
Is annual billing cheaper?
No. A year is twelve months at the same price — $36,000 on Business — so there is no discount for committing and no penalty for paying monthly. Pick whichever suits your budget cycle.
How is AI usage charged?
Separately from runs, and shown next to the run count for the same period. Business is $350 a month. On Enterprise it is agreed with you along with the run volume.
How long are audit records kept?
Your organisation sets the periods, and each record type has its own: the audit log and AI agent prompts run to seven years, run history to twenty-four months. A legal hold freezes deletion outright, whatever those periods say.
Is our data used to train the model?
No. Nothing in your workbooks is used to train it. That is stated on the AI agent page in settings, next to the model itself, rather than buried in a toggle somebody could quietly turn on.
